How much does it cost?
Three plans. AI Basics is a flat $299/month for AI-driven pricing and 24/7 automated guest messaging. Essentials is 10% of revenue for pricing and guests handled by our local team. Full Service is 20% of revenue for truly hands-off co-hosting that also covers cleaning, reviews, and emergencies.
