Pet Policy: Please contact me after booking if you plan to bring a pet. Pets are allowed, with a $50 charge per pet, per day. The maximum pet fee for any length of stay is $100.
Smoking: No smoking is permitted on the premises.
Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee of $30, subject to availability.
Guest Verification: To comply with HOA regulations, kindly provide a picture of your government-issued ID through the Airbnb message thread. Please note that guests within a 25-mile radius of Roanoke, Virginia, are not permitted. Reservations made by guests within this radius or where the ID name does not exactly match the booking name will be canceled without refund.

This is a 3 bedroom home with bonus sitting room. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The sitting room is a third bedroom that has a comfy couch that can easily sleep a child or adult under 6' tall as well as an inflatable bed with linens and pillows. The downstairs living room has an extra comfortable couch and chairs, and provides a relaxing environment for spending time with friends and family.
